...is terrible. The only real trick in the movie is that Rufus Sewell manages to do such a good job of acting when it's so painfully obvious that no one else appears interested in what they are doing. If you look closely during a scene in the horse carriage between Norton and Biel, you can actually see Norton realize that the movie is going to suck. The accents are amazingly bad and shift like a 60's Mustang (sluggishly) between Russian, German and English. Also, it looks as if it was shot using a pinhole camera. Nauseating.
